Vivian is a food writer, editor, researcher, cooking instructor. If it has to do with food, she's interested. She speaks 5 languages, has lived in 5 countries and eaten her way through countless others. She has run her own restaurant, a catering business and now sharpens her pencils as well as her knives. Having worked with the inimitable Anne Willan on the multiple James Beard Award-winning The Country Cooking of France, Vivian recently contributed to The Miele Guide and is working on a Northern Chinese cookbook. She is also a UK-trained reflexologist and a firm believer that a healthy body equals a healthy mind. And food that is delicious as well as nutritious (most of the time) can help you attain that goal.
